Today it has been 7 years since the The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“PoSH Act“) was enacted as a measure to provide a safe and healthy work environment to all working woman in India. It is just sad that instead of us celebrating the success of this Act , we are still far away from its proper implementation.
